November 14, 2011To all that I served with We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!
November 11, 2011What’s he that wishes so?
My cousin Westmoreland? No, my fair cousin;
If we are mark’d to die, we are enow
To do our country loss; and if to live,
The fewer men, the greater share of honour.
God’s will! I pray thee, wish not one man more.
By Jove, I am not covetous for gold,
Nor care I who doth feed upon my cost;
It yearns me not if men my garments wear;
Such outward things dwell not in my desires.
But if it be a sin to covet honour,
I am the most offending soul alive.
No, faith, my coz, wish not a man from England.
God’s peace! I would not lose so great an honour
As one man more methinks would share from me
For the best hope I have. O, do not wish one more!
Rather proclaim it, Westmoreland, through my host,
That he which hath no stomach to this fight,
Let him depart; his passport shall be made,
And crowns for convoy put into his purse;
We would not die in that man’s company
That fears his fellowship to die with us.
This day is call’d the feast of Crispian.
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when this day is nam’d,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say ‘To-morrow is Saint Crispian.’
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars,
And say ‘These wounds I had on Crispian’s day.’
Old men forget; yet all shall be forgot,
But he’ll remember, with advantages,
What feats he did that day. Then shall our names,
Familiar in his mouth as household words-
Harry the King, Bedford and Exeter,
Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester-
Be in their flowing cups freshly rememb’red.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crispin Crispian shall ne’er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now-a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs’d they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin’s day.
Experts-Exchange is getting a face lift!
November 8, 2011For more than 15 years, our patented Q&A process has helped users find fast answers to their technology questions. In that time we’ve gone through nine site overhauls (and plenty of changes in between), but nothing quite like this.
With v.10 we’ve redesigned Experts Exchange from the ground-up: every line of java, every feature, every pixel has been rebuilt to
meet or exceed today’s standards. Along with a fresh interface and improved solution pages that make it easier to find your answer, we’ve added features to help make Experts Exchange a complete destination for technology help.
EE v.10 is currently in private beta. Request an invite! You can read more about it on the Experts Exchange Blog.

Microsoft Security Center hacked days after online security director states “Microsoft unlikely to get hacked!”
July 13, 2011Interestingly, the Microsoft search result poisoning exploit came just days after John Howie, senior director of online services security and compliance governance at Microsoft, told Britain’s Computing magazine that unlike RSA or Sony, Microsoft was extremely unlikely to be hacked by an advanced threat. “Sony was brought down because it didn’t patch its servers, it ran out of date software, and it coded badly. These are rookie mistakes,” said Howie. He likewise labeled RSA being exploited by a social engineering attack as a “rookie mistake.”

Milo’s Point Of View
February 15, 2011While speaking to my youngest son Milo yesterday on Valentine’s Day I asked “How was you Valentine’s Day?” he replied “Good but I don’t see today as Valentine’s day.”
I said “Oh really, why is that?” I laughed for a while at his reply! He said “Dad, today is not Valentine’s Day to me! It’s halfway to my birthday day to me!”
I just cracked up and said “you have a good point, never thought about it that way.”
Milo’s birthday is on the 28th of February!
Love you kid!

Internet Explorer 9 Beta – Liking IT!
September 18, 2010I am liking the new beta of Iternet Explorer. Feels lighter and faster to load, and they were not kidding about keeping it clean up on top! Here is a screen shot:
Also liking that when IE needs to relay information to you, it is a NEW pop out, instead of the embedded off yellow bar at the top of the browser! Here is a look at that!:
So if you haven’t checed it out! You might want to consider it! Once it goes final that is! But is you are brave enough to load the Beta here is the link – http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/products/ie-9/home?os=winvista&arch=b&browser=ie
